Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or damaged items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
